Carol Roche – Paralegal / Business Development Manager

Carol joined Employment Integration in May 2004. She holds a postgraduate diploma in both Business Studies (1994) and Personnel Management (2004). She gained her Certificate in Specialist Paralegal Studies (Employment Law) in 2007.
Carol undertakes paralegal work on behalf of clients, working closely with the solicitors, as well as having a significant role in developing and marketing the firm.
Becki Johnson – Office Manager

Becki manages the firm’s IT system and quality control processes, and develops, implements and monitors our quality standards and procedures.
Becki is currently on maternity leave with her second child until September 2008 and Sue Lyne is Acting Office Manager during her absence.
Sue Lyne –Administrator

Sue undertakes a broad range of administration for the firm, from a reception and PA role to credit control and secretarial duties.
Sue is Acting Office Manager in the absence of Becki Johnson.
Helen Langham – Administrative assistant
