Employment Integration was launched by Victoria Donajgrodzka in June 2001 to provide a complete, responsive and pro-active employment law service.  Victoria’s background was in heavy-weight commercial litigation in London and Birmingham but throughout her career she has specialised in employment law.

We now act for employees and employers from Glasgow to Tunbridge Wells, from Newcastle on Tyne to Aberystwyth.  For obvious geographical reason many of our clients are based in the West Midlands, East Midlands, Cotswolds and Thames Valley. 

We have a strong commitment to developing trusted relationships with clients, contacts and other professionals.  In 6 years of practice we have gained a reputation which provides us with referred clients day in day out.

We are proud to have provided employment law training to the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce since the firm was established, as well as employment law training to the legal profession via the UK’s best providers.

Victoria set up the firm at her home in converted farm buildings but in November 2005 we moved to our current location outside Leamington Spa.  The newly refurbished office space is attractive, in a beautiful rural setting with ample parking and a relaxed and modern feel in keeping with our approach.
